This recent-release, large-format 9mm pistol pairs a simplified roller-delayed system with robust materials and fully ambidextrous controls. Built by HS Produkt in Croatia and imported/marked by Springfield Armory, it features a 6-inch cold-hammer-forged, Melonite-treated threaded barrel with a factory multi-port brake, a full-length T-marked Picatinny top rail with integral flip-up metal sights, and a monolithic aluminum upper/handguard with ventilation windows (no M-LOK attachment interface). It ships with seven proprietary 30-round polymer magazines.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: Minor surface scratches and small cosmetic blemishes are visible under close inspection.

The Kuna uses a simplified roller-delayed blowback action with a single top-mounted roller and right-side ejection. Controls are comprehensive and mirrored: ambidextrous safety with a two-position selector, ambidextrous magazine and bolt releases, and a reversible, non-reciprocating left-side folding charging handle. The trigger is a curved design.
The 6-inch barrel is cold-hammer-forged, Melonite-treated, and threaded 1/2x28 TPI. A factory multi-port muzzle brake is installed at the muzzle, complementing the threaded configuration.
A monolithic aluminum upper/handguard provides strength and alignment, featuring ventilation windows for cooling (not an M-LOK accessory interface). The full-length, T-marked Picatinny top rail runs the entire receiver and hosts integral flip-up metal front and rear sights.
The receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hardcoat anodized finish, paired with a polymer frame. The platform accepts proprietary curved polymer magazines with a stated 30+1 capacity. Additional features include AR-pattern grip compatibility, an ergonomic pistol grip, and a rear 1913-style rail end plate. Markings include Springfield Armory – Geneseo, IL., and HS Produkt Karlovac – Made in Croatia.
