The Model 1300 Speed Pump action uses a rotary multi-lug bolt and inertia-assisted unlocking, delivering the fast cycling this series is known for. The aluminum-alloy receiver keeps weight down while maintaining durability, and the right-side ejection port supports straightforward operation. Capacity is four rounds.
The 28-inch Winchester Proof Steel barrel features a vent rib for an even sighting plane and the WinChoke internal choke system. It is chambered for both 2.75-inch and 3-inch shells, adding flexibility for a range of 12-gauge loads. A green fiber-optic front bead is installed for a brighter, highly visible aiming point.
A Weaver S2 side scope mount is installed on the receiver’s left side, paired with a Bantam compact scope. The receiver is drilled and tapped on the left side specifically for this side-mount configuration, providing a stable platform for the optic.
The gun wears gloss-finished, checkered wood furniture, including a pistol-grip stock and matching forend. The stock has a rubber recoil pad, and the length of pull measures 14.0 inches. Quick-detach sling swivels are fitted front and rear, and an Allen padded camo sling is installed. This example was produced in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, and finished in black.
