The BSF carbon-wrapped 22" 416R stainless steel barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and arrives with a thread protector installed. A Weatherby muzzle brake is included in the box for those who prefer to add recoil reduction.
Its Peak 44 Bastion carbon-fiber stock weighs roughly 24 oz and is shaped for practical field use, with a near-vertical grip, a high comb, and a 3D-Hex recoil pad. Dual front sling studs and a rear stud provide straightforward sling and bipod attachment. The brushed-camo finish with exposed carbon weave complements the rifle’s weight-conscious build.
The Model 307 action uses a two-lug, spiral-fluted bolt with a plunger ejector and tool-less disassembly. It follows a Remington 700-pattern footprint for broad compatibility. A TriggerTech Field trigger offers externally adjustable pull, and a factory-installed Peak 44 Picatinny rail secured with 8-40 screws is ready for mounting a scope.
Feeding is via an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate and a 3-round capacity in 6.5 PRC. Twist rate is 1:8 RH to stabilize common 6.5 PRC bullet weights. The receiver wears a brown Cerakote finish, and overall construction reflects Weatherby’s U.S. manufacturing in Sheridan, Wyoming. Typical bare weight is about 6.0–6.3 lb with a 13.25" length of pull.
