The Encore platform uses a modular break-action frame that accepts interchangeable barrels, allowing the rifle to serve different roles without changing the core receiver. This example is chambered in .260 Rem and pairs a 24" steel sporter-contour barrel with a crowned muzzle for clean, consistent exits. There are no iron sights, and the barrel carries a cross-slot base to mount the optic directly to the barrel.
A Weaver 3-9x riflescope is installed in rings on the barrel-mounted base. Mounting the optic to the barrel helps maintain zero when swapping barrels on the Encore frame. A hammer spur extension is fitted to aid positive hammer control with the low-mounted scope.
The stock set is walnut with a gloss finish, featuring a thumbhole layout and a right-side cheekpiece for steady head placement. The forend is walnut with a straight-tapered profile ending in a squared/rounded tip. Sling swivel studs are installed, and a black recoil pad caps the butt. The length of pull measures 15.0".
