The 16 in. steel barrel is threaded and fitted with an open-prong flash hider that is pinned and welded in place. This pinned and welded barrel device is a defining feature of this build and is called out here for clarity.
The SOLGW MK1 free-float M-LOK handguard provides rigid accessory mounting and includes a laser-etched hex texture for consistent indexing. An integrated cable-management channel helps route light or switch leads cleanly along the rail.
The upper is a flat-top configuration with a forward assist, and the ejection-port cover is clearly marked "5.56." Controls are thoughtfully executed, including an ambidextrous charging handle, an enlarged ribbed bolt catch, a manual safety, and a standard magazine release.
The lower incorporates an integrated trigger guard and flared magwell lips for smooth magazine changes using the STANAG interface. Furniture includes an adjustable, collapsible polymer stock with a QD sling socket and a B5 polymer pistol grip. No sights are installed, leaving the rifle rail-ready for the end user.
