The B-2000 Magnum action uses a compact, sealed gas system housed in the magazine tube, providing smooth cycling with 3+1 capacity. The bolt locks open on an empty magazine, and the shotgun combines right-side ejection with a left-side speed-loading port for efficient reloads.
The 25-inch Special Steel barrel carries a ventilated and matted rib topped by a brass bead front sight. A single star on the barrel denotes its fixed Full choke, and the chamber is marked for 3-inch Magnum shells. The forearm cap features annular grasping grooves for secure handling.
Stocked in gloss-finished walnut, the shotgun has a pistol-grip buttstock and a walnut forend, both with cut checkering. A contrasting spacer accents the butt, and this example is fitted with an aftermarket "WHITE LINE" ventilated recoil pad.
Factory light scroll engraving appears on both sides of the receiver. Markings include "MADE IN BELGIUM – ASSEMBLED IN PORTUGAL," "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q.," "PATENTS PENDING," and "SPECIAL STEEL 12GA. 3" MAGNUM *." The receiver underside bears the Browning C47 date code, indicating 1974 production.
