Imported by Interarms of Alexandria, Virginia, this Amadeo Rossi Model 92 SRC was marketed within the Puma Carbine line during the 1980s–1990s. It is a faithful reproduction built in Brazil and configured as a compact carbine with a 16 inch barrel and wood straight-grip stock.
The receiver is an open-top, top-eject design with a right-side loading gate feeding a full-length tubular magazine. A muzzle end-cap screw secures the tube, and a standard-size loop lever completes the classic operating setup.
Sighting equipment includes a front blade integral to the front barrel band and a rear semi-buckhorn/open sight with a stepped elevator. The carbine wears two barrel bands, consistent with the traditional carbine profile, and shows no bolt-top or tang safety visible. The saddle ring/stud is not present on the left receiver wall.
Construction is all-steel for the barrel and receiver with wood furniture, including a carbine forend. The length of pull measures 13.0 inches. Capacity is stated at 11+1 in .38 Special.
