The Savage Arms Model 93R17 BTVS pairs the flat-shooting .17 HMR with a 21-inch heavy stainless barrel and a user-adjustable AccuTrigger. Built in Lakefield, Ontario, this variant features a laminated right-hand thumbhole stock with a rollover cheekpiece and vented beavertail forend. The receiver is drilled and tapped with two-piece scope bases installed, and the rifle feeds from a detachable 5-round steel magazine.

This 93R17 BTVS is configured for .17 HMR with a 21-inch heavy stainless barrel capped by a recessed crown. The 1:9-inch right-hand twist complements the cartridge, and the polished right-hand bolt with a round knob provides smooth cycling.
Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger allows the shooter to tailor trigger pull to preference, and a two-position tang safety offers intuitive control. The rifle has no iron sights, keeping the top clean for optics.
The laminated hardwood stock is a right-hand thumbhole design with a rollover cheekpiece for consistent cheek weld. A wide, ventilated beavertail forend aids stability on bags or rests, and QD sling studs are installed (2 front, 1 rear). Length of pull is 13.25 inches, and the rifle is full-size.
The receiver is drilled and tapped, and two-piece scope bases are already installed for easy optic setup. Capacity is 5+1 with the included detachable steel magazine.
