The FNX-45 Tactical uses a 5.3 inch cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel threaded 0.578x28 RH and capped by a knurled thread protector. This setup is built for suppressed shooting and durability while maintaining reliable function.
The slide features front and rear serrations for confident manipulation and includes an optic-ready cut, giving you the option to mount a compatible red dot. Suppressor-height fixed 3-dot sights provide a clear sight picture with a suppressor or optic in place.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the frame-mounted safety/decocker, slide stop, and magazine release. The DA/SA, hammer-fired system with an external ring-style hammer offers a versatile trigger setup suited to a wide range of use cases.
The polymer frame has aggressive grip texturing for secure handling. An integral accessory rail with multiple slots supports common lights and lasers, and a lanyard eyelet at the rear of the grip adds retention options. Overall length is 8.6 inches with an approximate weight of 33.3 ounces.
