Built on the proven 1911 platform, this Pro Series model uses a stainless steel slide and frame finished in matte bead-blast for a uniform, low-glare appearance. The Government-length 5-inch barrel uses a traditional bushing and a precision-crowned muzzle to support consistent accuracy.
Pro Series enhancements include a stoned hammer and sear for a refined trigger feel, a full-length guide rod, and an extended magazine well to streamline reloads. The pistol also incorporates a checkered front strap and mainspring housing for secure purchase.
Controls and carry features are thoughtfully executed: a single-sided thumb safety, a beavertail grip safety with memory bump, and a checkered magazine release. The skeletonized three-hole trigger with overtravel screw and the skeletonized Commander-style hammer add practical performance touches.
Sighting is straightforward with low-mount, 3-dot irons: a dovetailed white-dot front and a fixed low-mount 2-dot rear.
