The SA M-7 Classic uses a milled Type-3 pattern receiver with a smooth, rivet-free exterior, giving it the signature rigidity and clean profile collectors seek. Finished in black with blond lacquered beech furniture, it includes a fixed buttstock, matching handguards, and a checkered wood pistol grip.
Its 16.3 in cold-hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel is built for longevity and consistent accuracy. The barrel features a right-hand twist rate of 1:9.45 and a 14x1 mm left-hand threaded muzzle capped with an AK-pattern muzzle nut; the front-sight-base detent retains the device as designed.
Chambered in 7.62x39, the rifle runs a semiautomatic, long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt and uses the standard right-side selector lever. AK-pattern iron sights include a hooded front post and a tangent rear sight for straightforward, proven sighting.
Assembled by Arsenal Inc. in the USA using Bulgarian components, this SA M-7 Classic carries part number SAM7-31 and an approximate unloaded weight of 7.7 lb. A cleaning rod is fitted under the barrel, and the rifle ships with a 30-round steel magazine, sling, oiler, owner's manual, and the original factory box.
