Manufactured in 2018 in the Czech Republic and imported by CZ-USA, it carries Czech/CIP proofs, matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel, and frame, and comes with the factory test target dated 01.08.2018. It features a standard non-railed frame profile, fixed 3-dot sights, and a matte black finish throughout.

The CZ 75 B in .40 S&W combines the model's classic, all-steel construction with a chambering that is less common than 9mm within this line. It uses a short-recoil, Browning-type system with CZ's internal slide-in-frame rails for a low bore axis and smooth cycling. The full-size frame pairs with a 4.6 in barrel for a traditional service-length setup.
This example is finished in matte black over a steel slide and frame, with black checkered polymer grips featuring CZ medallions. The slide includes top anti-glare serrations and an external extractor. Controls are DA/SA with a ring (rowel) hammer, a manual thumb safety, a passive firing-pin block, and a half-cock hammer notch. The magazine release is the standard configuration.
Sight regulation is via fixed 3-dot sights: a pinned front sight and a dovetailed square-notch rear. Capacity is 10+1 with the included .40 S&W magazines, and two 10-round steel mags are provided.
Markings and provenance details include Czech/CIP proof marks, "MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC," and the CZ-USA Kansas City, KS import mark.
