The P is a 2011-pattern, locked-breech, short-recoil, single-action-only pistol built for duty-ready performance. It uses an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety, with a skeletonized trigger for a clean break. The textured polymer grip module carries the Staccato star logo, and a flared magazine well speeds reloads.
The 4.15 inch bushingless bull barrel is paired with an early-pattern slide that has lightening windows, a flat-top profile, and front and rear serrations for confident manipulation. Sights are a green fiber-optic front and a plain black rear for a clear, fast sight picture.
The carbon-steel frame wears a matte black finish and integrates a 1913 Picatinny accessory rail with five slots. The frame shows a U.S. flag motif, and the pistol is marked "FLORENCE, TX USA." The frame and barrel have matching serial numbers.
