Its excellent overall and bore condition make it a standout example of the P220R format.

The P220R features the rail-equipped R frame in matte black, paired with a 4.4 inch barrel with a conventional crown. The slide is marked "SIG SAUER P220" with an external extractor and rear-only serrations. The chamber hood is marked "45 ACP SIG."
This example carries the classic DA/SA control layout with a decocking lever, a curved trigger, a spurred hammer, and a push-button magazine release. Safety features include a decocker and a firing pin safety.
Sight bodies are dovetailed and stamped H3/MH3, with Trijicon tritium night sight inserts installed and a front white dot. The rear sight is fixed. This setup provides a clean, no-snag sight picture.
The frame is marked "SIG SAUER INC. EXETER–NH–USA," and the pistol is made in the USA. Capacity is 8+1, and it includes two factory-marked magazines: one P220-1 .45 and one P220 .45. An integral multi-slot M1913/Picatinny accessory rail is machined into the dust cover.
A Pachmayr rubber slip-on grip sleeve with finger grooves is installed over the factory textured panels, adding a secure, contoured hold while preserving the P220R’s original controls and lines.
