The SP-01 configuration delivers a robust, full-size steel platform with a 4.6 inch barrel and a matte black finish throughout. The internal slide-in-frame design, full-length dustcover, and extended beavertail define the model’s established handling profile. Controls are set up for DA/SA operation with a manual thumb safety (non-decocker). The pistol uses a left-side magazine release and an external round, commander-style hammer. A lanyard loop at the rear of the grip offers an additional retention option.
