The Rost Martin RM1C Comp is a compact, striker-fired 9mm built in the United States with a hammer-forged, ported 4-inch barrel and an integral single-port compensator that retains the standard RM1C overall length for holster compatibility. It pairs a nitrocarburized/Tenifer-treated steel slide with drift-adjustable fiber-optic/black-out iron sights, a 3-slot Picatinny rail, and a 15+1 capacity, making this recent-release variant a feature-rich option from the Dallas-based manufacturer.

Slide marking reads RM1C, with the left side marked DALLAS, TX and the chamber hood marked 9x19. The factory box end label identifies the pistol as RM1C COMP, denoting the variant, and it belongs to the RM1 series introduced in 2024 and is chambered in 9mm Luger.
The steel slide features a nitrocarburized/Tenifer finish, front and rear serrations, top anti-glare serrations, and a muzzle window.
The barrel is hammer-forged, ported, and paired with an integral single-port compensator. This configuration keeps overall length in line with the standard RM1C profile for easier holster compatibility while providing gas redirection at the muzzle.
Sight setup is straightforward and fast: a dovetailed red fiber-optic front blade and a blacked-out, square-notch, drift-adjustable rear. Both are dovetailed into the slide for secure retention and ease of adjustment.
The black polymer frame offers textured grip panels and backstrap, a slight external magwell flare, a flat-faced trigger with a trigger safety, and a push-button magazine release. A 3-slot Picatinny rail on the dust cover supports common light or laser attachments. Capacity is 15+1, and two magazines are included.
