This custom Fortis FM-15 stands out with a metallic green finish applied to the upper, lower, handguard, and buffer tube, all on Fortis-marked aluminum receivers and handguard bearing the Fortis shield logos. It is equipped with a Fail Zero nickel-boron BCG, an Armaspec Victory ambidextrous charging handle, full ambidextrous controls, and a Timber Creek skeletonized aluminum pistol grip. A continuous T-marked top Picatinny rail, forward assist, SI-logo dust cover, and a muzzle device marked "USMC PART NO FSCAR-13 5.56" round out this well-appointed 5.56 NATO AR-15 with a 16 inch barrel.

The rifle is built on Fortis-marked aluminum upper and lower receivers with matching Fortis free-float aluminum handguard, all finished in a custom metallic green coating. The finish extends to the buffer tube for a cohesive look, complemented by Fortis shield logos on the receivers and handguard.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the magazine release, bolt release, and safety selector. An Armaspec Victory ambidextrous charging handle enhances manipulation from either side. The build also includes anti-walk trigger pins, upgraded takedown pins, a forward assist, and an ejection-port dust cover featuring the SI logo.
Internals are upgraded with a Fail Zero nickel-boron bolt carrier group. The rifle uses a semi-automatic, direct impingement system with a 16 inch barrel and a carbine receiver extension. It feeds from AR-15/STANAG magazines with a 30+1 capacity. The muzzle device is marked "USMC PART NO FSCAR-13 5.56."
Furniture includes a black minimalist aluminum buttstock with a black rubberized hex-pattern buttpad and a Timber Creek skeletonized aluminum pistol grip. The Fortis free-float handguard features a continuous T-marked top Picatinny rail for mounting accessories.
