The MR920 Combat Optic configuration features a direct-mount, multi-footprint optic cut with the factory cover plate installed, allowing the owner to add an optic of choice if desired. Iron sights remain in place for immediate use.
The 4.5 in match-grade 416R stainless barrel is factory threaded 1/2x28 and includes a thread protector. This setup supports common 9mm muzzle devices while maintaining precise chamber and bore geometry.
The slide is 17-4 stainless with a durable nitrided finish and is marked MR920, with the chamber hood stamped 9x19. It has front and rear serrations for positive manipulation and is cleanly executed with no window cuts and no top serrations.
Sights are a high-contrast AmeriGlo tritium front with green ring paired with a black serrated square-notch rear. The striker-fired system uses a flat-faced trigger with a trigger safety. The textured polymer frame includes a pronounced beavertail, undercut trigger guard, molded accelerator/thumb pad, and an integral accessory rail with a single cross-slot. Capacity is 15+1, and one Magpul PMAG GL9 15-round magazine is included. MADE IN USA – SHADOW SYSTEMS, PLANO, TX is marked on the frame.
