The action is Ruger's underlever-operated, falling-block design inspired by the Farquharson pattern, providing strong, single-shot operation. Capacity is one round, and the rifle is made in the United States.
The walnut furniture features a pistol-grip, fine checkering, and the Alexander Henry–style fore-end.
