Beretta A400 Xcel Sporting Kick-Off 12 Gauge, 30 inch OB HP Barrel, Gray Receiver, 2023 Made in Italy
This Beretta A400 Xcel Sporting pairs a 30 inch Optima-Bore HP back-bored barrel (18.6 mm) with the A400 Blink gas system and a Kick-Off recoil-reduction walnut stock. It was made in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy in 2023 and carries the IT23 Italian proof code. The gray receiver features the large Xcel graphic with a blue-finished bolt visible through the ejection port, and the barrel is marked "SPORTING." An Improved Modified (IM) Optima-Choke HP tube is currently installed.

The 30 inch OB HP barrel is back-bored to 18.6 mm and is marked "SPORTING." It uses the Optima-Choke HP system and is topped with a ventilated rib and front bead for a clean sight picture. An IM choke is installed on the barrel.
The gas-operated A400 Blink system drives this shotgun, and it is chambered for both 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch 12 gauge shells. Stated capacity is 2+1.
The stock is walnut with Beretta’s Kick-Off recoil-reduction system, sharp checkering, and a MicroCore buttpad. Length of pull measures 14.0 inches.
The receiver wears a gray finish with the prominent Xcel graphic, while the bolt and carrier have a distinctive blue finish visible through the ejection port. Proofed with the IT23 code, this A400 Xcel Sporting was manufactured in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy.
