The Rhino 200D is configured as double-action-only with a spurless (bobbed) hammer, giving it a smooth, snag-resistant profile. The cylinder swings to the left and uses a star ejector, with the ejector rod neatly shrouded within the barrel housing.
Its trademark bottom-aligned barrel places the bore in line with the lower chamber. This model features a 2-inch steel barrel within an aluminum-alloy barrel shroud, paired with a steel cylinder and steel crane/ejector assembly. The frame and receiver are aluminum alloy with a matte black finish, and the cylinder wears a dark finish.
Sighting is fixed, with a red fiber-optic front blade and an integral trench/notch rear on the topstrap. The revolver uses a one-piece black rubber grip that complements the compact format.
