The G45 MOS uses Glock's crossover format, pairing a G17-size grip with a G19-length 4.02 in slide for a 17+1 capacity in a compact slide profile. The Gen5 frame deletes finger grooves and adds a flared magwell for faster reloads. Ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible magazine release support left- or right-handed use.
The slide and barrel wear Glock's nDLC finish for durability. The MOS slide includes an optics cut with a factory cover plate secured by two screws, plus forward and rear cocking serrations for confident manipulation.
The Gen5 Glock Marksman Barrel uses right-hand hexagonal rifling and is paired with a clean, mirror-finished bore. The Safe Action System and a factory-standard trigger pull deliver the familiar Gen5 operating feel.
Sighting is via fixed polymer sights: a white-dot front and a white U-notch rear marked 6.1. A single-slot accessory rail on the dustcover accommodates compatible lights or accessories.
Markings include Austrian C.I.P. proof stamps on components and the GLOCK, Inc., Smyrna, GA importer mark, reflecting its Austrian manufacture and U.S. importation. This example also features the Gen5 triple-serial configuration.
