This Anderson AM-15 A4 blends an A4 flat-top upper with classic A1 furniture for a distinctive, period-correct look and practical function. It features a 20 in 5.56 NATO barrel with a 1:9 RH twist, a detachable carry handle with A2 rear sight, and a pinned A2 front sight base with bayonet lug. The receivers are 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish, and it includes both the installed triangular rifle-length handguards and an uninstalled round ribbed handguard set.

The A4-pattern flat-top upper comes with a detachable carry handle secured by thumb-screws, giving you classic A2 sighting with the rear aperture on the handle and a pinned A2 front sight base. A forward assist and ejection-port cover are present, and the 20 in barrel is marked 5.56 NATO 1:9.
Factory receivers are milled from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in Type III hard-coat anodizing. The lower receiver is rollmarked 'ANDERSON MANUFACTURING - HEBRON, KY - AM-15 - MULTI CAL'.
This example is configured with A1-style triangular rifle-length handguards, a ribbed, tapered A2-style delta ring, and a classic straight-profile pistol grip. A fixed rifle stock with a checkered trapdoor buttplate and sling loop completes the traditional rifle setup.
The direct-impingement operating system, 1:9 RH twist, and threaded muzzle round out the core features. Capacity is 20+1 with the included 20-round USGI-pattern magazine, and the rifle is made in the USA.
