What’s Included
- Norinco Type 54 pistol
- 1x 8-round steel single-stack Tokarev-pattern magazine with round witness holes
Derived from the Soviet TT-33, the Type 54 follows the Tokarev-pattern design with a single-action, short-recoil, locked-breech system. It maintains the platform’s straightforward operation and 8+1 capacity in 7.62x25mm Tokarev.
This full-size pistol is built on a blued steel frame and slide. Notable exterior details include vertical rear slide serrations, a ring hammer spur, a standard magazine release, and a lanyard loop at the base of the grip. As is common on U.S.-imported Tokarev-pattern pistols, import-compliant manual safety features may be present.
Sight regulation is handled by fixed iron sights, pairing a fixed blade front with a fixed notch rear. The ribbed black plastic grip panels feature star medallions that are correct for this pattern.
Markings include the Chinese model designation "五四式" on the slide, "M.54 NORINCO, CHINA CAL 7.62x25mm," and a PW ARMS REDMOND, WA import stamp. The pistol was manufactured in 1983 in China.
