This Witness2311C is a recent-release, compact 2011-pattern Commander featuring a 4.25 in barrel, an aluminum-alloy frame with a polymer grip module, and a factory-spec 17+1 capacity. It comes with a Perry micro reflex red dot installed, front and rear slide serrations, and a four-slot accessory rail, making it a well-equipped 9mm from Girsan and EAA.

The Witness2311C combines a Commander-length 4.25 in barrel with a compact 2011-pattern modular lower. The upper frame is aluminum alloy, while the grip module is polymer with molded checkering. A flared, bolt-on magwell funnel supports fast reloads, and the double-stack magazine provides a 17+1 capacity in 9mm Luger.
A Perry micro reflex red dot is installed on the slide. The slide is optics cut, and the rear sight position is occupied by the optic/plate, while a dovetailed front blade remains in place. Manipulation features include front and rear serrations and a lowered/flared ejection port. The optic is secured with mounting screws marked with orange witness paint.
The pistol operates on a single-action-only, locked-breech, tilting-barrel system. Controls include a left-side magazine release and a left-side slide stop. Safety features consist of an ambidextrous thumb safety, a grip safety with memory pad, and a firing-pin block. A four-slot Picatinny-style accessory rail on the dust cover allows light or laser attachment as needed.
Factory markings include 'WITNESS2311C 9MM' and 'GIRSAN' on the slide and '9mm' on the barrel hood. Import and origin stamps read 'E.A.A. COCOA, FL, MADE IN TURKIYE.' Overall length is approximately 8.0 in per factory specification. The magazine body features witness holes marked 5/10/17.
