This Italian-made Chiappa 1911-22 Tactical is a full-size .22 LR 1911 platform finished in Mystikote Tactical Grey and set up with adjustable fiber-optic sights. It features a fixed-barrel, straight-blowback action, a 5 in steel-lined barrel, and an under-barrel Picatinny rail.

The 1911-22 Tactical pairs a Chiappalloy frame and slide with a Mystikote Tactical Grey finish for a cohesive look and easy maintenance. The slide carries front angled and rear vertical cocking serrations and is marked 1911-22 Tactical along with caliber and safety markings.
Its 5 in barrel uses a Chiappalloy shroud with a steel liner and a 1:16 in RH twist, working with the straight-blowback, single-action-only system and fixed barrel for consistent operation. A beveled magazine well opening aids reloads.
Target-friendly sights include a green fiber-optic front and a fully adjustable fiber-optic rear with orange elements. Controls are 1911-style with a left-side thumb safety and a grip safety, plus a skeletonized 3-hole trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer.
An under-barrel, three-slot Picatinny rail segment attached to the barrel shroud/under-barrel assembly (secured by three screws) provides mounting space for compatible accessories. The frame’s dust cover ends behind the rail. Black textured grip panels complete the full-size profile, with an approximate weight of 2.1 lb and an overall length of 8.5 in.
Proof and import markings include Italian proof/inspection symbols on the right side of the frame and the importer mark CHIAPPA FIREARMS. LTD DAYTON, OH, CF ITALY. Two factory magazines are included and are marked Chiappa Firearms .22LR.
