    This Astra-Unceta y Cía Modelo 1921 (Astra 400) is a Spanish service pistol chambered in 9x23mm Largo with a 6 in fixed barrel and straight-blowback operation. It features the heavy tubular slide with large knurled muzzle cap that defines the model, along with its period-correct fixed sights and checkered wood grips. Clear Spanish legends and import marking provide strong identification for collectors and shooters alike.

    Designed as a robust service sidearm, the Astra 400 uses a fixed-barrel, straight-blowback system paired with a heavy tubular slide and a large knurled muzzle cap. This configuration delivers the distinctive profile and handling feel associated with the model.

    Chambered in 9x23mm Largo, this example retains clear model and caliber markings, including the left-slide legend "PISTOLA DE 9m/m (38) MODELO 1921 (400)", the maker legend "Unceta y Cía, Guernica, España", and breech marking "9m/m & 38". The forward spring tube carries the circular ASTRA logo.

    Controls and features include a single-action, internal-hammer mechanism with a manual safety, rear vertical slide serrations, and a lanyard loop. The sights are fixed, with a front blade and rear notch. Two-screw checkered wood grips and a blued steel finish complete the period configuration.
