The RIA 5.0 Standard stands out with its RIA-USA manufacture in Cedar City, Utah, a proprietary RamValve System driving a linear, non-tilting rectangular-profile barrel, and an internal-rail slide that helps keep the bore axis low. This full-size 9mm ships with Night Fision iron sights, an optics cut with a cover plate, and an integral 1913 four-slot accessory rail. It includes three 17-round steel magazines and features an E100 Cerakote finish with an American flag laser-etch on the right side of the frame.

Built in the USA, the RIA 5.0 Standard pairs a single-action-only, internal-hammer system with a flat, skeletonized trigger set at approximately 4.5 lb. The internal-rail slide design and low bore axis are defining features of this series, contributing to a distinctive geometry and feel.
Its proprietary RamValve System enables linear, non-tilting barrel motion around a rectangular-profile 4.91 inch barrel. The barrel is marked 9MM LUGER on the hood, and the rifling is 1:10 in RH with six grooves.
The slide wears an E100 Cerakote finish and is marked RiA50. It includes front and rear diagonal serrations and an optics cut with a removable cover plate secured by two screws. Night Fision iron sights are installed, with a green fiber-optic front blade and a black serrated rear marked NF H3.
The metal frame matches the E100 Cerakote finish and incorporates an integral 1913 four-slot accessory rail. Controls include a left-side magazine release, and the pistol uses injection-molded nylon grip panels. Capacity is 17+1 with the included 17-round magazines.
