The ST-15 uses a direct-impingement operating system with a carbine-length gas system, paired to a 16-inch threaded barrel capped with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor and crush washer. The barrel exterior presents a light gray/silver look, and the configuration supports typical 30+1 capacity in 5.56mm NATO.
The flat-top upper receiver provides a continuous rail surface and includes a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. Up front, the fixed A2 F-marked front sight base incorporates a bayonet lug and front sling loop. No rear sight is installed, as the rifle is set up with the included optic.
Furniture is practical and durable: a carbine-length, two-piece polymer handguard, an installed MOE vertical foregrip, and a 6-position collapsible polymer stock with an integral sling loop. The stock bears the Spike's spider logo, and an A2 pistol grip with finger groove and checkering completes the control set.
Receiver markings include MOD ST15 and CAL. MULTI on the lower, with selector positions marked SAFE and FIRE. A carbine receiver extension with castle nut is in place. The rifle is made in the USA and ships with one MFT polymer 30-round magazine.
The included CVLIFE 2.5-10x40 scope adds variable magnification and an integrated visible-laser module, mounted on a riser for proper height over the receiver rail. This optic configuration complements the rifle’s flat-top layout and fixed front sight base.
