What’s Included
- Hi-Point Model 995 9mm carbine
- One 10-round single-stack steel magazine
This first-generation Model 995 uses the original Classic stock without accessory rails. The black polymer stock integrates a pistol grip and fixed butt, and it is fitted with bottom sling swivels/studs front and rear for carry options.
The carbine operates on a semi-automatic blowback system with an internal striker. It feeds from a detachable single-stack magazine for a 10+1 capacity. The right-side, hex-head charging handle and right-side ejection define its handling layout.
The 16.5 in fixed steel barrel sits under a stamped-steel receiver cover and is enclosed by a vented barrel shroud. Iron sights include a hooded adjustable front post and an adjustable peep/aperture rear with an elevation knob, providing a clear sight picture.
Controls include a manual safety lever and internal drop safety. The length of pull is 14.5 in. Manufacturer marking reads "HI-POINT FIREARMS by BEEMILLER INC., Mansfield, Ohio," and the carbine is finished in black.
