The 17DM-15 uses a semi-automatic, direct impingement system and features a low-profile set-screw gas block under a free-float M-LOK handguard for accessory mounting along the sides and bottom. The handguard extends close to the muzzle, giving ample space for support-hand placement and accessories.
The 16 inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a closed-end, three-slot flash hider. The slick-side upper receiver omits a forward assist for a streamlined profile. The lower receiver is rollmarked "CAL: MULTI" and feeds from a detachable STANAG-pattern magazine.
The collapsible polymer stock provides a 13.5 inch length of pull and includes QD sling sockets with red-anodized rings and a textured buttpad. An A2-style polymer pistol grip, a standard curved trigger, and a manual safety round out the controls.
This rifle ships with a Vortex SPARC II red dot sight installed with a riser and flip covers, offering a clean, red reticle solution matched to the platform. Capacity is 30+1 with the included Amend2 30-round polymer magazine.
