This M12AK follows a proven AK-pattern layout with a right-side charging handle and a paddle-style magazine release for intuitive manipulation. The selector safety provides familiar, positive control. An AK-style tangent/leaf rear sight and open front sight complete the iron sight picture.
The gas system features a knurled, four-position adjustable regulator (0–3) to tune operation across a range of 12-gauge loads. The shotgun is chambered for both 2-3/4 inch and 3 inch shells and uses detachable box magazines, offering quick reloads and flexible capacity options.
Construction centers on a stamped steel receiver with riveted trunnions, matched to a durable matte dark finish. The polymer ribbed handguard, fixed polymer stock, and rubber buttpad provide a steady, comfortable interface. The installed FAB Defense AGR-47 pistol grip adds a secure, ergonomic hold.
