The AL391 Urika Field uses a self-compensating, gas-operated system with a rising locking block, designed for reliable cycling across appropriate field loads. It includes a magazine cut-off lever on the right side of the receiver and a reversible cross-bolt safety.
The 28 in steel barrel is cold hammer forged and chrome lined in both the bore and chamber. It features a ventilated rib with a single brass front bead and no mid-bead, a 3 in chamber, and a gloss blued finish. The interchangeable choke system supports both flush and extended tubes.
The receiver is a light aluminum alloy finished in matte black anodizing and is marked Made in Italy. The barrel wears a glossy blued finish, consistent with the field configuration of this Urika-series shotgun.
Furniture consists of a walnut stock and matching forend with sharp checkering and a recoil pad. The stock includes a shim system for drop and cast adjustment to fine-tune fit, and the length of pull measures 14.5 in. Capacity is 3 rounds maximum.
