This DTI-16 is a 5.56mm NATO AR-15 carbine with a 16-inch threaded barrel and A2 birdcage flash suppressor. It features a flat-top upper with a Picatinny rail, carbine-length gas system, and aluminum receivers in a matte black finish. The rifle includes an A2 fixed front sight base and an installed flip-up aperture rear sight. The lower is marked DTI-15 while the complete rifle is marketed as the DTI-16.

The DTI-16 uses a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action with a carbine-length gas system for the classic AR-15 operating setup. Its 16-inch barrel is threaded and capped with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor.
The flat-top upper receiver provides a receiver-length Picatinny rail and is equipped with a forward assist and dust cover. An A2 fixed front sight base with a fixed front sling swivel is paired with the included flip-up aperture rear sight.
Furniture includes a carbine-length, two-piece M4-style polymer handguard, a 6-position collapsible polymer stock, and an A2-pattern pistol grip. The stock allows quick length-of-pull adjustments.
Magazine compatibility is standard STANAG/AR-15 pattern. This rifle has a 30+1 capacity and ships with one 30-round Magpul PMAG polymer magazine.
The lower receiver is marked DTI-15, while the complete rifle is sold as the DTI-16. The rifle is finished in matte black and made in the USA, with aluminum receivers and a manual safety.
