The Mossberg 930 SPX is a proven, U.S.-made defensive 12 gauge with purpose-built features. This SPX configuration pairs an 18.5 inch steel barrel (cylinder bore) with LPA adjustable ghost-ring sights and a winged red fiber-optic front. It includes a factory-installed Picatinny rail, extended magazine tube, ambidextrous tang safety, and a knurled charging handle. Designated MPN 85360, this model received multiple 2009 Shotgun of the Year honors and comes with its factory box, manuals, a two-point sling, and a spare factory recoil spring/guide rod assembly.

This SPX features a gas-operated action chambered for both 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch shells. The internal magazine holds 7 rounds of 2 3/4 inch or 6 rounds of 3 inch, and the extended magazine tube runs nearly flush to the muzzle for a balanced front end. A knurled charging handle provides positive control.
Target acquisition is fast and precise with the LPA-marked, fully adjustable ghost-ring rear sight and a winged red fiber-optic front. The receiver is drilled and tapped and comes with a factory Picatinny rail installed for mounting accessories as desired.
The build combines a steel 18.5 inch cylinder-bore barrel with an aluminum alloy receiver to manage weight and durability. The synthetic stock and fore-end include molded checkering for grip, a recoil pad, and sling swivel studs. Length of pull is approximately 14.25 inches, with an unloaded weight around 7.5 lb and an overall length of about 39 inches. The overall finish is matte.
