It ships with three 17-round steel magazines and a SIG Sauer OEM case. The case is OEM-branded but not serial matched or original to this FCU.

Built on a SIG SAUER P365 FCU, this custom configuration adopts the X-Macro format for 17+1 capacity in a compact footprint. The ZEV Technologies P365-pattern XL slide is optics-milled and currently hosts the included Holosun HS407K X2 6 MOA red dot. The slide carries forward and rear serrations with top striations, and it is marked "ZEV - Centralia, WA," alongside factory "SIG SAUER P365" and "9mm x 19" markings at the ejection port.
The Icarus Precision Macro-format metal grip module features an aggressive wraparound texture, an extended beavertail, and a flared magwell profile. The module is marked with the Icarus Precision wing logo and "Washougal WA, USA." Three 17-round steel magazines with witness holes are included, matching the X-Macro format.
A flat-faced, skeletonized trigger is installed for a consistent, straight-back press. Raised iron sights are fitted, pairing an orange-insert front post with a Trijicon rear sight to provide a clear backup to the mounted optic. The FCU serial is visible through the grip window for quick verification without disassembly.
The 3.7-inch ZEV dimpled barrel complements the XL-length slide for an easy-to-control, compact package. A three-slot accessory rail on the dust cover supports common weapon lights or accessories. An OEM SIG SAUER branded case and owner's manual are included; the case is OEM but not serial matched to this firearm and is not the original case issued to this FCU.
