Sighting equipment is straightforward and durable: a small fixed blade front sight paired with a fixed notch rear sight. A lanyard ring is mounted at the heel for field carry, consistent with the Spanish-Army pattern of the era.
Markings and inspection features include the slide legend "PISTOLA DE 9 m/m / MODELO 1921," the maker legend "ESPERANZA Y UNCETA / GUERNICA ESPAÑA," and a proof/inspection mark on the left front of the trigger guard.
