This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 Freedom is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 pattern rifle built around a 16-inch, 1:7-twist barrel marked "5.56 NATO 1/7 FREEDOM." It features a flat-top A3 upper with Picatinny rail, an F-marked A2 front sight base, and a carbine-length gas system. An open reflex sight is installed, and two 30-round Magpul PMAGs are included.

The 16-inch steel barrel is non-chrome-lined and threaded, capped with an A2-style birdcage flash hider and crush washer. The barrel is clearly roll-marked "5.56 NATO 1/7 FREEDOM" and uses a 1:7 twist.
A carbine-length gas system is paired with a classic F-marked A2 front sight base that includes a bayonet lug and front sling loop. The rifle uses a carbine-length, two-piece polymer handguard with a delta ring and round handguard cap.
The flat-top A3 upper receiver provides a Picatinny rail and includes a forward assist, brass deflector, and ejection-port cover. An open reflex sight with a dot reticle is installed for immediate use.
The receivers are aluminum with a black anodized finish. A 6-position collapsible polymer stock offers an approximate length of pull from 10 to 13.5 inches, and the rifle uses a standard-pattern polymer grip. Controls include a manual safety, and capacity is 30+1. The lower receiver is marked "MULTI," and the rifle is made in the United States.
