Built at Izhevsk Arsenal with a round receiver, this M91/30 retains its full-length 29-inch barrel and straight bolt handle with an in-the-white bolt body. Markings include M91/30 RUSSIAN 7.62x54R and the Century Arms International import stamp from Georgia, VT.
The rifle is set into a tan Archangel polymer chassis that adds an adjustable cheek riser and adjustable buttpad, plus an integrated pistol grip and a hinged underside compartment. Length of pull is listed at 13.5. The steel receiver remains at the core of the build.
An Archangel detachable box magazine conversion replaces the original fixed magazine. One 10-round Archangel polymer magazine is included, and the rifle is configured for a 10+1 capacity in 7.62x54R.
Mounting options are extensive: an extended scout-style Picatinny optics rail spans the barrel/rear-sight area, and a short Picatinny accessory rail sits under the fore-end with a VLIFE bipod installed. The original hooded front sight base is retained, and there is no rear sight present. A clamp-on multi-port muzzle brake is fitted at the muzzle.
