The 16 inch 416R stainless barrel uses a heavy/bull profile and match-grade construction with a 1:16 twist. An 11-degree target crown is present, and the muzzle is finished with a distinctive hex-profile cap at the crown.
The action is blowback, semi-automatic, and side-charging for straightforward operation. A cross-bolt safety is fitted. No sights are installed from the factory.
The receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and includes an integral Picatinny rail. The rifle uses a rotary magazine system with a stated 10+1 capacity and a 10/22-pattern architecture compatible with Ruger 10/22 parts and rotary magazines.
The gray marbled stock is synthetic with rubber overmold, featuring a sporter profile, textured grip panels and fore-end, and a Hogue-branded rubber recoil pad. Sling swivel studs are installed, and the length of pull measures 13.75 inches.
