The SP45A3 uses a roller-delayed blowback action tailored for .45 ACP and feeds from UMP-pattern polymer magazines. Capacity is 25+1, and three magazines are included.
The 8" barrel is threaded .578-28 and pairs with a durable metal M-LOK handguard featuring slots at 3 and 9 o'clock. A full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny rail and a 6 o'clock Picatinny segment provide ample space for mounting compatible accessories.
Construction combines a polymer frame with a metal receiver and metal handguard for a solid feel. An SB Tactical pistol brace is included and remains uninstalled; the brace is polymer and uses a hook-and-loop strap.
Proof and origin markings include CIP N 26 and the Slovak coat-of-arms shield on the upper receiver. "GRAND POWER Ltd. Made in Slovakia" is molded into the polymer lower above the trigger, and "GLOBAL ORDNANCE LLC, SARASOTA, FL" is laser-engraved on the left side of the handguard. The receiver, bolt, and lower show matching serial numbers.
