The DS Warrior LW uses a bushing-system 5 in Government-length barrel and a single-action 1911 fire control group with a lightened, match-grade, skeletonized trigger. An ambidextrous thumb safety and commander-style rowel hammer support familiar 1911 handling.
The optics-ready slide includes an RMR-pattern interface with a TAG cover plate. Front and rear diagonal cocking serrations aid manipulation. Fixed iron sights consist of a dovetailed front post with a single white dot and a rear notch integrated into the optics cover plate.
The lightweight construction pairs an aluminum subframe with a carbon-fiber-infused polymer grip module. A flared magazine well speeds reloads, and the steel double-stack magazine provides 17+1 capacity in 9mm Luger.
The dustcover incorporates an integral accessory rail with three cross-slots for mounting compatible accessories. Internal 1911-style extractor, a mil-spec guide rod, black finish, and dimensions of approximately 8.7 in overall length, 5.5 in height, and about 33 oz unloaded round out the package.
