The Operator-series AR-15 platform features an A4 flat-top upper with T-marked Picatinny rail, forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. Its free-float aluminum tubular handguard provides a full-length top rail with short accessory rails at the front in the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions.
The 16-inch chrome-moly steel barrel is threaded and marked "RRA 5.56 NATO 1/9 CM" to denote chambering and twist. A multi-ported muzzle brake/compensator with a scalloped face is installed to cap the threaded muzzle.
Sighting comes from the installed Rock River Arms Dominator2 mount with integrated A2-style rear sight, paired with a flip-up front-sight gas block that includes a left-side sling loop and a short 6 o'clock rail.
Furniture includes a collapsible carbine stock with the Rock River Arms logo and an ERGO rubber overmolded finger-groove grip. The aluminum receiver set wears a matte anodized finish. Operation is semi-automatic, direct impingement with a manual safety, and the rifle accepts detachable STANAG-pattern magazines; one 20-round magazine is included. Made in the USA.
