The dissipator-style setup places the A2 front sight tower near the muzzle, combined with rifle-length polymer clamshell handguards and an internal heat shield for sustained shooting comfort. The result is a full-length sight radius on a 16-inch barrel, using traditional A2 iron sights.
The flat-top upper receiver includes a forward assist, brass deflector, and ejection-port dust cover. An A2 birdcage flash hider is installed on the threaded barrel. The detachable A2 carry handle provides the rear sighting solution, complementing the fixed A2 front sight base.
Furniture is purposefully chosen: a Magpul MOE carbine collapsible stock is installed, pairing modern ergonomics with classic controls. The rifle-length handguard is polymer with an integrated heat shield.
Built on aluminum alloy receivers with a black finish, this PA-15 runs a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system in 5.56mm NATO. It uses a manual safety and ships with one 20-round USGI-style magazine, yielding a 20+1 capacity when loaded. The receiver is roll-marked “PA-15 MULTI” and “Palmetto State Armory, West Columbia, S.C.” and it is made in the United States.
