This JTS M12AR-CA is a magazine-fed, AR-pattern 12 gauge with a four-position external gas regulator and a Rem-Choke threaded barrel. It features a receiver Picatinny rail with a full-length Picatinny rail on the handguard (not bridged/monolithic to the receiver), flip-up iron sights, and an adjustable synthetic stock with a rubber buttpad. The shotgun comes in excellent condition and includes its factory box, manual, and one 5-round magazine.

The M12AR-CA uses a semi-automatic, gas-operated system with a four-position external regulator (0–3). The 0 setting enables single-shot operation, and the action is fed by a detachable box magazine. It is chambered for both 2 3/4 and 3 inch 12 gauge shells and has a standard capacity of 5+1.
The barrel measures 18.7 inches and is Rem-Choke compatible for interchangeable choke use. The muzzle is threaded to the Rem-Choke pattern, allowing the owner to select appropriate Rem-Choke tubes as needed.
Built on an AR-12 platform, the shotgun pairs an AR-pattern upper and lower with an ejection-port cover and forward-assist housing. A free-float, ventilated aluminum handguard with M-LOK-type accessory slots runs forward; the receiver has a Picatinny rail, and the handguard carries a full-length Picatinny rail on top (not a bridged/monolithic rail with the receiver).
Factory flip-up front and rear iron sights are installed. The receiver and furniture wear a matte black finish, while the barrel is bright stainless/silver, giving a two-tone appearance. The stock is synthetic and adjustable with a rubber buttpad, and it is complemented by a synthetic pistol grip.
