This PA-15 Side-Charging in .300 AAC Blackout combines a right-side charging upper with a 16 inch threaded barrel, a free-float M-LOK handguard, and a Magpul-branded collapsible stock. It includes an ACOG-style fixed prism optic with an illuminated chevron/BDC reticle and comes with a 30-round Magpul PMAG marked for 300 BLK. The aluminum receiver set wears a matte black finish and is made in the USA.

The side-charging upper features an integrated right-side charging handle. The upper omits a forward assist and retains an ejection port cover. The action is direct impingement with a rotating bolt, and the stated capacity is 30+1.
The 16 inch barrel is threaded, and the rifle uses a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. It has segmented Picatinny along the 12 o'clock, short Picatinny rail sections at the rear of the handguard and near the muzzle, and a full-length Picatinny top rail on the receiver.
Included is an ACOG-style fixed prism optic with an illuminated chevron BDC reticle and a fiber-optic light pipe. This optic is a clone pattern and mounts to the top rail.
Furniture includes a Magpul-branded collapsible carbine stock and a Hogue OverMolded rubber beavertail pistol grip with cobblestone texture and palm swell; the front strap is smooth and does not have finger grooves. The receiver set is aluminum with a matte black finish, and the rifle uses a manual safety. Made in the USA.
