The Tactical configuration brings a 4.6 inch threaded barrel with recessed crown and a 1/2x28 TPI thread pattern, ready for common .22 LR muzzle devices. The 1:16 RH twist is optimized for .22 LR performance.
Its aluminum-alloy slide includes front and rear serrations, an optic cut with cover plate, and an MRD plate system, making it an industry-first slide-mounted, optics-ready .22 LR handgun. Suppressor-height iron sights are designed to co-witness with a mounted MRD.
The polymer frame houses a single-action, hammer-fired blowback system with an external hammer. Ambidextrous controls include a manual safety and slide stop, and a three-slot Picatinny accessory rail provides room for a light or other compatible accessory.
Capacity is 15+1, and this example ships with three 15-round magazines and one 10-round magazine. Markings include CIP proof marks along with UMAREX – MADE IN GERMANY, UX DE, and FN COLUMBIA, SC USA, reflecting German manufacture for FN.
Additional practical features include a loaded chamber indicator on the barrel hood and a black slide and frame finish for a uniform, duty-style appearance.
