This Big Bore 94 is built for the .375 Winchester cartridge and uses the strengthened action associated with the series. It retains the classic 20-inch carbine format with a 6-round tubular magazine and a standard-size lever.
The receiver is factory engraved with eagle scenes and scrollwork on both sides, and the barrel is roll-marked for the American Bald Eagle Commemorative. The right buttstock includes an inlaid commemorative coin and an additional small oval gold-tone inlay along the toe-line, highlighting its limited-edition presentation.
Sighting is traditional with a hooded ramp front and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear. The barrel is Winchester Proof Steel with a blued finish, paired with a straight-grip walnut stock and carbine forend. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
Markings include Winchester Big Bore Model 94 XTR, .375 Win, Made in New Haven, Winchester Proof Steel, American Bald Eagle, and Model 1894 Winchester, with manufacturing attributed to U.S. Repeating Arms Co. under license from Olin.
