Built on the AR-15 platform, the Stealth Raptor uses a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system chambered in 5.56mm NATO. The 16-inch barrel is threaded and capped with a multi-port brake/flash-hider hybrid, providing ready muzzle-device compatibility along with practical recoil and flash control.
Its fire-control group features the binary Echo AR-II trigger with a dedicated three-position selector labeled Safe/Fire/Echo. Anti-walk trigger pins are installed for added retention, and the rifle retains a manual safety selector. This binary "ECHO" trigger is installed from the factory on this configuration.
The Fostech free-float M-LOK handguard includes a full-length, T-marked Picatinny top rail and M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, plus forward Raptor points at the nose. Flip-up front and rear sights are installed, and the upper provides continuous rail space for mounting as needed.
Ergonomics are addressed with the Fostech Tomahawk stock featuring a rubber buttpad, QD sling socket, and carbine receiver extension, as well as a Fostech-branded over-molded pistol grip. An ambidextrous charging handle with an extended latch is fitted. An ejection port cover is present, with the polished carrier visible through the port.
Receiver markings read "FOSTECH SEYMOUR, IN STEALTH MULTI." The rifle is finished in Tungsten gray Cerakote across the receiver set for a cohesive look. Capacity is 30+1 with the included Lancer L5AWM magazine. The rifle is made in the USA.
