This Gen5 G17 retains the core factory enhancements: a 4.49 in Glock Marksman Barrel with polygonal-style rifling, an enhanced crown, and a durable matte black nDLC finish on both slide and barrel. The frame is glass-fiber-reinforced polymer with a flared magwell and front U-cut for efficient magazine handling.
User controls include ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible magazine release. The pistol is the standard non-MOS, non-FS configuration with no front slide serrations and a Glock universal accessory rail for lights or other compatible accessories.
Purposeful upgrades set this example apart. The frame has a grip reduction, aggressive stippling, and a double trigger undercut to improve purchase and trigger reach. AmeriGlo H3 tritium three-dot sights are installed for clear sighting in low light.
The slide wears adhesive grip-tape panels on the front to aid manipulation. The Austrian-marked slide and matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel, and frame add desirable factory consistency.
